Gateway Two Trial

Our client, an established Tier 1 developer, wanted to set an industry standard and demonstrate leadership to address some of the questions industry were still seeking clarity on. 

We were tasked to undertake research and development to outline a best-in-class gateway two application for an in-flight flagship scheme who would be required to make their application during their design development programme. 

The task involved setting out a detailed package of pro-forma for the gateway two application package, including the Fire & Emergency File, but was crucially mapped against a detailed programme of deliverables that the design team would be required to develop and submit to inform the gateway application. 

Our exclusive and extensive ecosystem of partners were critical to ensuring that not only was our advice independently reviewed and assured, but that our client could have confidence in knowing their future gateway applications were recognised as an industry exemplar, setting the standard for others across the built environment.
